Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Important: The 30-day return period begins from the delivery date, not the purchase date. Make sure to initiate your return within this timeframe.
Eligible Items for Return
- Items in original, unworn condition with tags attached
- Items in original packaging or dust bag
- Items without damage, stains, odors, or excessive wear
- Items purchased directly from coughsyruphoodie.com
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged by normal wear and tear
- Items with removed or damaged tags
- Items showing signs of use (odors, stains, pilling, etc.)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Custom or personalized items
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Our Support Team
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Package Your Items
Pack items securely in original packaging with tags attached. Include your RMA number and a copy of your order confirmation.
Ship Your Return
Use the prepaid return label we provide (for US orders) or ship at your own cost (international orders). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping
Domestic Returns (US): We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all domestic returns. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund ($6.99).
International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
Free Returns: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll cover all return shipping costs. Just mention this when contacting our support team.
Processing & Refunds
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
- Credit Card Refunds: 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal Refunds: 1-2 business days after processing
- Store Credit: Available immediately after processing (includes 10% bonus)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item sent).
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To ensure you receive your preferred item quickly, please:
- Return your original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the item you want
- Contact us if you need help coordinating the timing
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We'll expedite a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with discount codes above 30% are not eligible for return unless defective. These restrictions will be clearly marked at checkout.
